Refund policy
We are confident that you'll love your purchase, but we understand that things don't always work out. No need to worry; our return process is simple.
RETURNS
Please note that all returns must be made within 15 days of your original purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag on it.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund. Clearance and Final Sale items are non-returnable.

- Clearance and Final-Sale items
- Intimate clothing
- Sanitary goods
- Jewelry
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note: On all refunds, a Shopify processing fee of 2.9% of the transaction amount plus $0.30 will not be refunded. This fee is charged by Shopify for processing your payment and is non-recoverable.
EXCHANGES
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may exchange it for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sales@gipsyqueens.com.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund (if applicable).
HIGH-VALUE RETURNS
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to issue a refund or exchange for any returned items that are lost in transit without proof of shipment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@gipsyqueens.com.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please mail your package to the same address it was sent to you from.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
